Sketches…thought process behind Visual Principals Step #2.

EXPLOSIVE (above) - Not proud of either of these sketches…haha.  The one on the right is what I thought would translate the best in my composition.

DYNAMIC (above) - I had several ideas for this one, none of them really translated well on paper so I went with the one I felt worked the best, which was the top left example.

FOCUS (above) - I really wanted to add the person, or create a big eye and show the line of sight pointing straight to the bullseye.  I ended up getting rid of that idea and sticking with the more simple approach.

(Below are more sketches that didn't make the cut.)
(Above - a few ideas for Balance)

(Above - was going to use a bunch of lines in a way that creates a lowercase letter 'd' for Dynamic.  I thought the design concept itself was a bit dynamic, as well as the letter standing for it.  Threw it out due to having a more dynamic composition to use.)
(Above - these were some ideas for the word Alert.  Wasn't sold on either idea.)
(Above - the top row of sketches are for the word Open, then I realized they could also be used to represent Closed, and the top right could also be Isolated.  The bottom row were all representing Isolated.)
